Christian Bourque, FCPA, CIRP, LIT, is joining Cycle Capital as a senior partner, bringing more than thirty-five years of experience in strategic leadership and corporate transformation at PwC and Raymond Chabot. Christian is recognized as one of Canada’s leading restructuring experts, with thousands of files to his name. Known for his rigor, integrity, and human-centered approach, he provides advice that combines financial discipline with a clear vision for long-term value creation.
Valéry Leclerc, CPA, is joining Cycle Capital as a partner, bringing expertise in entrepreneurship, corporate finance, and strategic business transformation gained notably at Desjardins and PwC. Valéry has led hundreds of restructurings through a combination of strategic vision and operational leadership, while developing deep expertise in restructuring and complex financing. Recognized for her entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and ability to mobilize stakeholders, Valéry consistently transforms complex challenges into growth opportunities.
