Introduction – ClimateTech Innovation Forum
Preliminary Remarks:
The Cycle Capital platform
As geopolitics, supply shocks, and industrial policy collide, circularity is moving from buzzword to necessity in critical minerals. This panel cuts through the hype to examine where venture and strategic capital can be deployed, what makes circular mineral startups bankable, and how investors underwrite capital intensity and risk. Drawing on investor and operator perspectives, speakers will debate circularity as a strategic hedge for supply chain resilience—and the hard limits of reshoring in practice.
